Ferndale, near Lynton, is a semi-detached stone-built annexe set in an elevated position with beautiful views across the River Lyn valley and surrounding countryside. This stylish retreat offers a peaceful escape whilst being perfectly placed for exploring the dramatic North Devon coast and Exmoor National Park, with the charming harbour village of Lynmouth just a short distance away. The spacious double bedroom with super-king size bed and sofa bed. The shower room is also off the living area (the opposite side).

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Other kitchen items include a microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, and a variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. A circular dining table and two chairs. The comfortable seating area has a smart TV mounted on the wall, and wifi is available throughout the property. Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. Bed linen, duvets, and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. Non- perishable items like a salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a few herbs or spices are available. Milk is provided on arrival. There is a hairdryer in the bedroom.

There is outside table and chairs provided for dining al fresco in the warmer weather. This area is available for guests' sole use, but it is not enclosed. Ferndale is attached to the owners property next door, and there is another holiday cottage at the same location (sleeps up to 4), all with separate/private access.
