With uninterrupted views, a private outdoor space, and an outdoor bath, it’s a perfect rural retreat within easy reach of Exmoor and the North Devon coast.

The hut is located in a private corner of the field, with parking at the top and a 5 minute walk down over the field to the bottom corner.  The fenced outdoor area includes a picnic bench, firepit, and an outdoor bath — perfect for evening stargazing or soaking after a day exploring.

Inside, the open-plan space includes a double bed, small kitchen area with essentials for light meals, and a compact table with seating. A wood-burning stove keeps the space warm and cosy. There’s an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and basin.

Hut 3 is well positioned for walks, day trips to the coast, or simply switching off and enjoying the peaceful farm surroundings, where you’re likely to spot birds, deer, and grazing animals nearby.
