A large patio with luxury seating for eight makes it a natural spot for outdoor dining or a lazy afternoon in the sun, while the private hot tub, which is tucked into the garden setting, is hard to resist after a day on the hills. The quaint conservatory sits alongside, offering a sheltered spot to enjoy the outlook whatever the weather. Please note, HOT TUB RULES: To ensure the safe use/good maintenance of the hot tub, all guests are expected to study and respect the hot tub rules in the information provided at the property and which are also hung up beside the hot tub. Given the fact that the cottage is in a residential area the hot tub should not be used after 10.00 pm and noise/music should be kept down so as not to disturb neighbours. During your stay, somebody will call in early morning and late afternoon to check the quality of the water. This is for your health and safety and is a legal requirement. Any misuse of the hot tub requiring extra cleaning or repairs, will need to be paid for by guests. Thank you!
